What is ChangeThatChit?

Chit — in Sanskrit — means perceiving, seeing, knowing, understanding, remembering.

Chit — in English — is the baggage. The burdens. The identities we carry without ever choosing them.

Chit — in slang — is the inner chit-chat. The persistent monologue that seems to run our lives whether we invited it to or not.

And the (s)hit? That’s the hooks of the past — the traumas, the people, the incidents, the hurts — that we hang our pain on, year after year, wondering why nothing changes.

Here is what nobody tells you:

The problem was never out there.

We are all built for survival. But even when the original hurt is long over, the nervous system stays hijacked — recycling old pain into present relationships, present work, present worth. We keep looking outward for the source. At other people. At circumstances. At the world.

ChangeThatChit is about turning that gaze inward. Not to blame yourself for what happened — but to reclaim the power that was always yours.

Go into the forest. Face the dragon. Come out free.

Using a combination of eutaptics® FasterEFT™, brain science, neuroplasticity, and identity-level coaching, we go to the origin of what’s keeping you stuck and rewrite it from the inside out.

This is not symptom management. This is not positive thinking. This is ownership — of your memories, your patterns, your story, and ultimately your life.
