Chit (Sanskrit):  Perceiving, seeing, observing, knowing, understanding, remembering, etc.

Chit (English):  The baggage, burdens, identities (mental/emotional/physical)

Chit (slang): (the inner Chit-chat) The persistent thoughts and inner monologue that seemingly rules our lives.

(S)hit: the hooks of the past/present/(and sometimes) future experiences (traumas, people, incidents, accidents, abuses, and also physical symptoms) that we hang our hurts, pains, angers, on.

Welcome to ChangeThatChit, you are among 0.001% of the population who is willing to look past the illusion of B.L.A.M.E.

We are all built for survival and self-preservation. But even when that past hurt is not happening anymore, our survival brain stays stuck in a Fight/Flight/Freeze response of that past incident and the nervous system stays hijacked.
